Overview
Integrated European Master Program, jointly developed and implemented by four different European universities:
University of Debrecen (Hungary)
University of Economics – Varna (Bulgaria)
CEU Cardenal Herrera University (Spain)
University of Economics in Katowice (Poland)
This two-year master program will focus on International Business and is to improve students’ global business knowledge. Students will gain expertise on how global and cultural issues affect business functions, in particular strategic management, marketing management and legal regulations. It aims to support learning through experience by combining education, work and personal development through internships and projects.
Graduate’s profile
Students will get in-depth teaching and practical training in World and European Economics, Leadership Across Cultures, Research Methods in International Business, International Business Law, International Strategic Management, Corporate Governance & CSR. They will be provided with the strong knowledge base and hands-on research experience needed for succeeding in careers.

MAGELLAN will prepare professionals from diverse backgrounds for international careers in management, finance, economics, marketing among many business branches. They will be able to actively participate in complex decision-making processes relating to the functioning of the organization in a networked, international and intercultural environment, critically select the data and methods of analysis and the respective knowledge to research and interpret the motives, forms and outcomes of international activities of enterprises, institutions and organizations, evaluate the risks and effects of realized strategies and activities of internationalized organizations, formulate problems and solve them with the use of knowledge and competences from within and outside the organization, understand professional and social obligations related to functioning in a multicultural environment.
After graduation, it is possible to work as:
- Entrepreneur – owner of a company operating on foreign markets;
- Self-employed specialist in foreign trade;
- Self-employed consultant of international management;
- Marketing / finance / accounting / human resources or PR manager in an internationalized company;
- Foreign trade / export-import department manager in a company;
- Strategy consultant in international business consulting company;
- Specialist or manager in a non-profit organization operating in international environment;
- International management issues specialist in public administration offices;
- Researcher of international business areas at public and private universities and in research agencies.
